  • The Augustine Fellowship Annual Pocono Step Retreat

    The Augustine Fellowship Annual Pocono Step Retreat at Columcille ParkThe Augustine Fellowship Annual Pocono Step Retreat is scheduled for Friday, November 8 through Sunday, November 10, at the Kirkridge Retreat Center, in Bangor PA. The weekend’s long retreat is focused on attendees completing the 12 steps. In addition to an intensive concentration on the steps, there will be visits to the Columcille Megalithic Park to meditate (think: Stonehenge), early morning labyrinth walks and the  Saturday night Truth Telling Bonfire.

    Kirkridge Retreat Center is nestled atop Kittatinay Mountain ridge, overlooking the  farmlands of the Delaware River Valley. The Appalachian Trail crosses the Retreat Center grounds. Kirkridge features beautiful views, spring-fed ponds and walking trails for retreat attendees to enjoy. Local and organic food is selected by the chef and will be cooked to satisfy any dietary request.

    Registration includes all meals, retreat books/materials, bed linens and bath towels. Registration fees are: $350 per person for a Single Occupancy Room or $300 per person for a Double Occupancy Room. All rooms have private bathrooms.

    Registration deadline is October 25 and is limited to 30 attendees. Payment is made by check or money order, only. Payment should be made out to The Augustine Fellowship, and mailed to:
